How to Create and Manage Groups

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Group tab

  2. Click Create a vector group to organize your content (best practice)

  1. Use Add to Group for existing files:

  • Select files in Root tab

  • Choose Add to Group action (not recommended for search from vector groups)

  • Select target group

  • Confirm selection

Expected Result: Files appear in both Root and selected Group.

How to Move Content Between Groups

Prerequisites: You have content in groups that you want to reorganize.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Group tab

  2. Select files you want to move

  3. Choose Remove from group to remove from current group

  1. Navigate to Root tab

  2. Select the same files

  3. Choose Add to group and select new destination

Expected Result: Content is moved from original group to new group while remaining in Root.
