Unpublish a flow

A flow can be unpublish by clicking on the "Unpublish" button in the popup edit

Caution:

  • Just apply with "Apps" and "AI Agents & Chatbots"

  • When unpublish, this will deactivate it and stop all automated actions and access.

To change an application from the "Published" state to "Unpublished", you need to follow these steps.

Apps

Step 1:

For Apps, go to the list of Apps that are in the "Published" state.

Then, select the App you want to change the status for.

Hover over the three-dot icon, then click the "Unpublish" button.

Step 2: A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Step 3: Click the "Confirm" button.

Step 4: When unpublished, the app will be deactivated and all automated actions and access will be stopped.

The app will be moved to the "Draft" state.

AI Agents & Chatbots

Step 1:

For AI Agents & Chatbots, go to the list of AI Agents & Chatbots that are in the "Published" state.

Then, select the Chatbot you want to change the status for.

Hover over the three-dot icon, then click the "Unpublish" button.

Step 2: A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Step 3: Click the "Confirm" button.

Step 4: When unpublished, the Chatbot will be deactivated, and all automated actions and access will be stopped.

The Chatbot will be moved to the "Draft" state.
