What are "Automations," "Apps & Tools," and "AI Agents" in Diaflow?

In Diaflow, these terms refer to the types of projects you can create:

• Automations: Workflows triggered automatically (e.g., via webhooks, schedules, or emails) to process data or perform tasks.

• Apps & Tools: Interactive applications you build, triggered manually (e.g., via forms or buttons), such as custom tools or chatbots.

• AI Agents: Smart workflows powered by AI (like LLMs) to handle tasks like data extraction or customer interaction.

What are credits, and how do they work?

Credits are units that measure the resources used to run your workflows. Each component in a flow consumes credits based on its complexity. For example:

• Using OpenAI’s GPT-4 might cost 0.055 credits per input token and 0.022 credits per output token (e.g., 10 input tokens = 0.55 credits, 100 output tokens = 2.2 credits).

• Converting a PDF to images costs 10 credits per second (e.g., 10 seconds = 100 credits). Credits reset monthly based on your plan. If you run out, you can purchase more from your dashboard, and AppSumo users can email [e-mail] for special discounts.

Does Diaflow keep my data private and secure?

Absolutely.

We host our AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) on our own cloud servers in the US (AWS and Azure), so your data isn’t sent to external LLM providers. This ensures privacy for tasks like extracting data from emails or documents.

We comply with GDPR and CCPA by default, with SOC2 Type II and HIPAA available for Enterprise plans.

For GDPR compliance in Europe despite US hosting, we implement strict data protection measures—email [e-mail] for detailed compliance documents if needed.

What is included in this AppSumo deal?

This deal gives you lifetime access to Diaflow.

You also get monthly credits that reset every month, allowing for continuous usage.

If I already have a Diaflow account, can I purchase a different plan on AppSumo?

Yes, you can. Your AppSumo plan will be applied to your existing account, replacing your current plan.

Which large language models (LLMs) does Diaflow support?

Diaflow integrates with advanced LLMs like OpenAI (GPT-4o, o1-mini...), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet), Google Gemini (1.5 Flash, 1.5 Pro), Meta Llama, Cohere, and Mistral. New models are added regularly as they become available on private servers.

What is Private AI/LLM Models?

You can access private AI/LLM model nodes through Diaflow’s API Key. This allows you to leverage the best models available on the market.

All your data will be securely stored on our servers and not shared with third-party systems like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.

What is Public AI/LLM Models (BYOK)?

When using public AI/LLM model nodes, you will need to use your own API Key. The available models will depend on your subscription plan with the AI provider.

Your data will be stored on the servers of those AI providers, not on Diaflow’s servers.
