Finding and Using Community Templates

The Diaflow Community page is your gateway to discovering thousands of pre-built, ready-to-use automation flows shared by users around the globe. This guide explains how to navigate the community, analyze templates, and clone them to your personal Workspace.

1. Navigating the Community

The main Community page displays a list of all publicly shared templates.

  • Search Bar: Use the search bar at the top to find templates by name, keywords, or creator.

  • Categories: Templates are organized and displayed under various categories to help you narrow your search, such as "Marketing," "Customer Service," "Finance," "Education," and more.

2. Analyzing a Template (Template Detail Page)

Clicking on any template card will take you to the detailed Template Page, which provides all the information you need to evaluate its usefulness.

The detail page offers comprehensive documentation about the template's purpose and construction:

B. Creator Profile Access

You can learn more about the template's author by viewing their public profile:

  • Creator Information: Click on the Creator's Name or Avatar (e.g., Anderson Liam).

  • Profile Content: The Creator's Profile page displays their social media links (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), allowing you to connect professionally, and a list of all other templates they have publicly shared.

3. Using and Sharing the Template

Once you find a suitable template, you can easily deploy it into your Workspace or share it with others.

A. Sharing the Template

  • Copy Link: Click the "Share" button or copy the URL of the template detail page to easily share the specific template with friends or colleagues.

B. Cloning to Your Workspace (Deployment)

To use the template, you must clone it to your Diaflow Workspace:

  1. On the template detail page, click the "Clone to workspace" button.

  2. If you are currently logged in: The template will be immediately cloned to your Workspace, and you can begin configuring and using the flow.

  3. If you are NOT logged in: You will be prompted to Sign Up or Log In to Diaflow before the template can be successfully cloned and saved to your account.
