The Customer template is your central management page for all automation templates within the Diaflow platform, whether they are intended for private use or for sharing with the global Community.

This page provides an overview of your assets and serves as the starting point for creating, managing, and publishing your intellectual property.

Purpose of Your Templates

Templates created in your Workspace can serve two main purposes:

1. Public Contribution to the Community: You can design, package, and submit your best workflows to the Diaflow Community, enabling other users worldwide to leverage your expertise. This process allows you to contribute value and gain recognition within the ecosystem.

2. Private Storage and Personal Use: Templates are an excellent way to save and reuse your complex or frequently needed workflows. Keeping them in your personal hub ensures quick access and consistency for your internal projects.
