What it does: Set your name, role, and preferences once. AI automatically applies these to all conversations, personalizing responses to match your expertise level and communication style.

How to access: Click Config icon → Style & Personalization -> Personalization

Setting Up Personalization

1. What should Diaflow call you?: Enter how you want AI to address you

- Example: "Minh" or "Dr. Smith"

- AI will use this name in responses (e.g., "Hi Minh, here's your analysis...")

2. What best describes your work?: Select or enter your job function

- Examples: Developer, Business Analyst, CEO, Student, Designer

- AI adjusts technical depth and vocabulary based on your role

3. What's your industry?: Tell us what industry you're in

- Examples: "Healthcare," "Retail & E-commerce," "Financial Services"
