# Usage

## Tracking Your Workspace Usage

The **Usage** tab provides a real-time overview of the resources your team is consuming. This helps you easily monitor your limits and ensure your business operations run smoothly without interruptions.

#### How to access

1. Click your **workspace profile icon** at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
2. Select **Usage** from the pop-up menu.

#### Tracked Resources

Your dashboard displays your current usage versus the maximum limit allowed by your subscription plan. You can track:

* **Flows:** Total number of automated workflows built by your team.
* **Drive:** Total file storage space used (in GB).
* **Tables:** Number of internal databases or data tables created.
* **Pages:** Number of documents or web interfaces published.
* **Vectors:** Storage used for your AI knowledge base, including documents used by your AI.
* **Team:** Number of members invited to your workspace.
