Tracking Your Workspace Usage

The Usage tab provides a real-time overview of the resources your team is consuming. This helps you easily monitor your limits and ensure your business operations run smoothly without interruptions.

How to access

1. Click your workspace profile icon at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.

2. Select Usage from the pop-up menu.

Tracked Resources

Your dashboard displays your current usage versus the maximum limit allowed by your subscription plan. You can track:

• Flows: Total number of automated workflows built by your team.

• Drive: Total file storage space used (in GB).

• Tables: Number of internal databases or data tables created.

• Pages: Number of documents or web interfaces published.

• Vectors: Storage used for your AI knowledge base, including documents used by your AI.

• Team: Number of members invited to your workspace.
