# Outlook Email

## Description

**What it does**: Email is still a vital communication tool. The Outlook Email node lets you send emails directly from your Diaflow workflows using your Outlook account.

**When to use it?**&#x20;

* **Automated Welcome Emails**: Send personalized welcome emails to new customers or users automatically.
* **Order & Shipping Notifications**: Keep customers informed about their order status and shipping updates via email.
* **Scheduled Newsletters & Updates**: Send out regular newsletters or updates to your email list.
* **Internal Team Notifications**: Alert your team members about important events, task assignments, or workflow completions via email.

## Component settings
