Overview & Workspace Tour

Explore the 3-pane Teammate workspace, understand key interface zones, and learn how to navigate your daily command center.

When you open a Teammate’s workspace, you are greeted with a purpose-built 3-pane dashboard designed for focused, context-aware collaboration.

Workspace Layout Overview

The workspace is organized into three distinct operational zones:

  • Left Navigation Sidebar: Switch between active Teammates, browse the talent directory, and jump between recently accessed projects.

  • Center Workspace: Your primary conversational command center for delegating tasks, reviewing real-time output, and triggering quick workflows.

  • Right Utilities Panel: Contextual storage for past conversation history, generated deliverables (Artifacts), and automated routine shortcuts.

The Center Workspace (Action Hub)

The center screen is where daily work happens:

  • Teammate Header: Displays your Teammate's avatar, job title, and active capability badges (Apps, Skills, and Tools).

  • Quick Task Chips: One-click shortcuts above the chat bar that instantly pre-fill common prompts (e.g., "Segment leads", "Generate performance report").

  • Conversational Input Bar:

    • Type in plain natural language to delegate tasks.

    • Press / to instantly reference workspace data, connected apps, or knowledge documents.

    • Click the Microphone icon 🎙️ to dictate instructions via voice.

Quick Task chips do not send messages automatically. You can always review or edit the pre-filled prompt before pressing Run ↵.

The Right Utilities Panel

The right panel keeps supporting files, past context, and background automations readily accessible without leaving your chat:

  • Historical Threads: Chronological archive of all past conversations with this specific Teammate. Click any previous thread to review past recommendations or resume a project.

  • Artifacts Repository: Dedicated preview pane for complex deliverables (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides, or code). Click any file card for an interactive preview or download it directly in native formats.

  • Routines Widget: Real-time overview of active automated routines. Trigger instant execution using the Run Now ▶ button or toggle schedules on and off.
