# October 16, 2026

Table Views (Grid, Kanban, Timeline), revamped Component Library, timezone support for Date columns, automatic rowId in Run Flow, CSV import error improvements, attachment preview upgrades.

### Table Views: Grid, Kanban & Timeline

* Each Sheet can now hold multiple saved views; one dataset, many visual layouts.
* **Grid view** supports grouping up to 3 levels and row checkboxes. Every Sheet keeps at least one Grid view.
* **Kanban view** groups cards by a Single select or Assignee column. Drag-and-drop cards between columns, add new columns, and create records inline.
* **Timeline view** maps records to date bars (Start / End date). Drag to reschedule, resize to change duration, and split lanes by group.
* **Calendar** and **Gallery** views appear in the view menu labeled "Coming soon."
* No view limit per plan. All workspace members can create, edit, and delete views.
* Date/time display follows the column's timezone setting; if none is set, each user sees their own local timezone.
* Records created from any view count toward the Table's row quota.

### Revamped Component Library

* New 3-column modal on the Workflow Builder canvas: **Category list → Node grid → Node detail**.
* Search across all nodes, browse by **Featured / Recently used / Favorites**, or filter by category and chips.
* Star frequently used nodes to pin them in **Favorites**.
* Preview a node's description, available actions (for app nodes like Gmail), and credit cost before adding it to the flow.

* **Timezone for Date & Last Modified Columns:** Configure a timezone per Date or Last modified time column so teams across regions store and display dates accurately without manual conversion.
* **Run Flow Auto Row ID:** Running a flow from a Table row automatically injects the row's `rowId` into the flow context, allowing flows to write results back to the exact triggering row.
* **Formula auto-refresh on Last modified time:** Formulas referencing Last modified time now recalculate as soon as a row is edited.
* **Clearer CSV import errors:** The system pinpoints the bad data and required fixes; column mapping is preserved so the Primary key stays in place.
* **Copy/paste & fill for Link to another sheet:** Copy linked values or drag-fill across rows without "read-only" errors.
* **Attachment preview instead of download:** Files added by flow now open in a preview modal.
* **Drive-style attachment preview UI:** File name, Download, Delete, and Close buttons match the Drive layout.
* **History scoped to current Table:** Run history filters out runs from other tables in the workspace.
* **Diaflow Chat as side panel:** Chat pushes the table sideways instead of overlaying toolbar and columns.
* **Expanded editor for long-content nodes:** HTML to Media, Storyboard, and similar nodes gain an expand button.
* **Full-frame media in preview/output:** Extra padding removed around images and videos in Workflow Builder.

* Fixed Primary column text overlapping adjacent columns during multi-cell selection.
* Fixed credential connection requiring two attempts in integration nodes such as Facebook Pages.
* Fixed "Add Multiple Rows" action in Diaflow Table failing during Execute and Public App runs.
* Hardened Table URL validation: blocked dangerous schemes and overly long URLs; normal http/https links unaffected.
