# Web search

**What it does**: Central dashboard to enable/disable AI capabilities and configure how AI accesses data and processes requests.

**How to access**: Click Config icon (gear/settings icon) in the chat interface -> Web search

* ON: Enable real-time web search
* OFF: Disable real-time web search<br>

**How it works:** AI searches the web for current information and cites sources

**Use cases:** Current events, market research, real-time data lookup
