# Personalization

**What it does**: Set your name, role, and preferences once. AI automatically applies these to all conversations, personalizing responses to match your expertise level and communication style.

**How to access**: Click Config icon → Style & Personalization -> Personalization

## Setting Up Personalization

1\. **What should Diaflow call you?**: Enter how you want AI to address you

&#x20;  \- Example: "Minh" or "Dr. Smith"

&#x20;  \- AI will use this name in responses (e.g., "Hi Minh, here's your analysis...")

2\. **What best describes your work?**: Select or enter your job function

&#x20;  \- Examples: Developer, Business Analyst, CEO, Student, Designer

&#x20;  \- AI adjusts technical depth and vocabulary based on your role

3\. **What's your industry?**: Tell us what industry you're in

&#x20;  \- Examples: "Healthcare," "Retail & E-commerce," "Financial Services"
